OCEAN SPRINGS — Ocean Springs registered its second walk-off win over D’Iberville in five days Saturday afternoon.
And that resulted in the third straight Region 4-7A title for the Greyhounds, who will be the one seed once again of the four playoffs teams in the loop.

Easton Fox played a key role for OSHS Saturday, producing the final two runs of the game for the Greyhounds, with a solo home run in the bottom of the fifth and then the game-winning RBI-single in the final stanza that scored Justin San Miguel. San Miguel doubled to lead off the seventh.
The win, which completed a three game sweep of DHS, pushes OSHS to a perfect 15-0 in the region race and an impressive 23-2 overall.
Fox’s homer put the home team up at 6-5, but the Warriors responded with a run-scoring ground out by Ayden Demoran in the top of the sixth to tie things back up and set the stage for the climactic conclusion.

A five-run rally in the fourth for OSHS erased a 1-0 deficit as the Greyhounds went up 5-1, thanks in large part to a two-run single by Lucas Sinopoli.
But DHS bounced back with a four run fifth frame, that included a two-run home run by Demoran, to knot things up at 5-5.
Both Fox and Sinopoli had two hits and two RBIs apiece for Ocean Springs offensively.
Greyhound reliever Colton French earned the win as he finsihed up with two innings of work on the hill.
