PEARL — When the Class 3A All-State prep baseball teams were announced over the weekend here at the overall state championships, the “Southern Six” got some attention.

St. Patrick senior standout Cohen Weinhofer was named to the Class 3A First Team All-State squad and a trio of other players were selected to the Second Team.

The Mississippi High School Baseball Coaches All-State Teams for all classes are voted on by coaches around the state who are members of the Mississippi Association of Coaches.
