MOSS POINT — The second “Southern Six” Senior Spotlight sponsored by Reese’s of the new school year is Moss Point’s Deshawn Feazell.
Each week throughout the school year, we here at SouthMiss6 Sports will highlight a senior student/athlete in the “Southern Six” to honor.
Feazell is a massive 6-foot-2, 330-pound interior lineman who recently committed to Southeastern Louisiana University He also received several other Division I offers including Alcorn State and Arkansas State.
He wasted no time bursting upon the scene as a sophomore when he played well enough to earn Second Team Class 4A All-State honors. He followed that up by again picking up Second Team Class 4A All-State honors as a junior last season as well.

Feazell is a force in the Tigers’ weight room as well, with a deadlift and squat max of an impressive 600 pounds each as well as a bench press of 385. He is also a true “Student/Athlete” in every sense of the phrase as he also maintains a 3.5 grad point average in the classroom.
He and his Tigers head to Brett Favre Field in the Kiln Friday night to face off with home-standing Hancock at Brett Favre Field.
