BAY ST. LOUIS — Paris Trivillion of Pass Christian gets the “Baria Law Firm Game Ball of the Week” as presented by SouthMiss6 Sports this week.

Every week throughout the end of the school year, we will honor student/athletes across the “Southern Six” with our “Game Ball of the Week” sponsored by David Baria, Attorney-Mediator.

Trivillion, Pass Christian’s versatile junior quarterback, helped sail his Pirates past visiting Forrest County AHS Friday night 38-6 in Region 8-4A play. And in doing so, he has Pass Christian on the verge of its first-ever region title in school history since the implementation of a state-wide playoff system in the state of Mississippi 44 years ago.

All Trivillion did against the visitors from Brooklyn at McDonald Stadium was combined for over 350 yards of total offense and account for five touchdowns in the win. He threw for 304 yards and three touchdowns and added 56 yards on the ground with two more scores.

This week, one of the biggest games in regular season history for the Pirates takes place Friday as they welcome in Moss Point in league play. A third straight win in Region 8-4A will in all likelihood give Pass that ever elusive first ever region title in program history.

For the season, Trivillion has thrown for 1,500 yards and seven touchdowns while also running for 554 yards and six scores in leading his Pirates to a solid 6-1 mark. Pass is on a four game win streak headed into the game against Moss Point.
