Prep Football: Admirals, Warriors and Indians all move on in Region 4-7A

Both Gulfport and D’Iberville are headed into the upcoming Class 7A South State playoffs off of impressive wins.
The Admirals mashed hap-less Harrison Central 45-13 Thursday night while the Warriors blanked Biloxi 28-0 in the regular season finale for all four teams in Region 4-7A play.

In D’Iberville, Warrior quarterback Jordan Walley and his backfield mate Jaylan Johnson each ran for two touchdowns apiece in the shutout win over the visiting Indians.
The win gives DHS the number three seed in thed region race,and Biloxi will be the fourth seed. The Indians wound up in a three-way tie-breaker with St. Martin and West Harrison, but won the 12-point tiebreaker procedure.
Both teams, however, will open the postseason on the road as Biloxi heads to Oak Grove and D’Iberville travels to Petal. The Warriors are 8-2 overall and the Indians check in at 3-7.

Meanwhile, at historic Milner Stadium in Gulfport Thursday night, Cooper Crosby ran for two touchdowns and Parker Nettles threw for two more in the big win over the Red Rebels by the Admirals.
The region champ GHS will open the state playoffs at home against Northwest Rankin. Harrison Central ends the season at 1-10 overall and 0-5 in league play.
