RICHTON — Biloxi is off to a solid start in what is veteran head coach Seber Windham’s last season at the helm of the Indians.
Windham’s crew moved to 4-0 with a hard-fought 64-54 win over the host Rebels Saturday afternoon in the annual Richton Invitational Tournament.

Biloxi got a game-high 24 points out of Carnellus Lenard in the latest win, while freshman Christian Gullett chipped in 15 points to the winning effort and Kentrell Beasley added 10 points.
For Richton, Sanquillo Belton had 11 points and Daylin Carter had 10 points. The Rebels are coached by former Moss Point High football standout Otto Crawford.
The win over the Class 2A Rebels completed a two-game in three day stretch that ran the gamuet of classifications for BHS which started on Thursday with another road win over Class 7A Brandon.

The Indians nipped the Bulldogs 50-47. The Indians also placed a trio of players in double digits as well in that win, led by Beasley’s 15 points followed by 13 points for Jakylen Edwards and 11 points from Lenard.
Lenard also had nine rebounds and seven steals, while Beasley dished out eight assists and Edwards also pulled down nine boards. Ryan Adelphin also had eight rebounds.
The Indians will be taking a 10-day break for the Thanksgiving holiday before returning to action on Dec 2nd at home against Booker T. Washington of Pensacola, Fla.
