BILOXI — It’s gonna be a busy final week of the regular season for the last time for veteran Biloxi head coach Seber Windham this week.
The Indians will wrap up the regular season portion of their schedule with three games in four days, beginning Tuesday night with the Region 4-7A finale hosting Harrison Central.
The Indians sit at 16-6 overall and are 8-3 in the region race so far, as Windham winds down his long and successful career at BHS. Biloxi has sewn up the second seed in the upcoming region tournament, which tips off Monday in D’Iberville, as Windham’s crew sets its sights on a retun trip to the “Big House” in Jackson for the second consecutive season and a spot in the Class 7A overall Final Four.

Windham announced before the season that, this, his 22nd season at the helm of the Indian program, would be his final one.
The Indians are coming off an exciting 42-41 win at the buzzer over visiting Ocean Springs Friday night in Region 4-7A play.

The Greyhounds were up 41-40 with just :18 seconds to play and had possession of the ball on the BHS end of the court. However, some solid defense by Indian defender Jaklyenn Edwards on the inbounds pass caused a five-second violation and give the ball back to the home team.
A 3-pointer by Biloxi’s Kentrell Beasley with seven seconds left was off thed front of the rim but his teammate Christian Gullett came away with an offensive rebound.

Then, after a time out, Gullett misfired on a 3-pointer of his own by Indian Carnellous Lenard was in the right place at the right time and he picked up the rebound right underneath the basket and dropped in the game-winning points as time expired.
The climactic ending completed a fourth quarter comeback for BHS, as Ocean Springs led 28-23 at the end of the third frame thanks to a lay-up by Jeremiah Golemon.

Lenard led BHS with 13 points while Sevaun George chipped in 1 points to the winning effort.

Jeremie Packer had 11 for OSHS, while Easton Bahr and Chip Claunch each added eight points apiece.

After hosting HCHS Tuesday night, the Indians wrap up the week traveling to Hancock Thursday and return home to face Long Beach Friday night.
