OCEAN SPRINGS — Pass Christian senior standout quarterback Paris Trivillion gets the “Baria Law Firm Game Ball of the Week” this week.

Every week throughout the end of the school year, we will honor student/athletes across the “Southern Six” with our “Game Ball of the Week” sponsored by David Baria, Attorney-Mediator.

Trivillion bid adieu to the Purvis defense all night long in a 55-19 win at home Friday night. The stalwart signal-caller accounted for over 500 yards of offense and six touchdowns, going 17-of-30 through the air for 260 yards and two scores and running for 256 yards and four more touchdowns on just nine carries.

The Pirates jumped out to an early lead on their first possession with a 57-yard touchdown pass from Trivillion to Brandon Laneaux.

After the Tornadoes made things interesting, Trivillion produces a 47-yard scoring dash and a 24-yard toudndown run to send Pass into the locker room up 28-13.

Trivillion started the third quarter with a 45-yard scoring sprint, to basically put the game away at 35-13.

And just for good measure, Trivillion threw a 17-yard touchdown pass to Mario Burks as well in the third frame to make it 49-13.

His 47-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter completed the scoring.

Trivillion and PCHS are 2-0 on the young season, and will host Presbyterian Christian Friday night. He has the Pirates off to a 2-0 start for the second straight season as Pass looks to take a second consecutive Region 8-4A title.
